Henstead Motorsport

Henstead Motorsport

Henstead Motorsport started out in a small farm building in 1986. Henstead started out repairing Starions and Lancer 2000 Turbo which then led on to Dave racing a Lancer 2000 Turbo in the falken tyres modified production saloons and then on to the Group 1 Touring cars which he claimed several fastest laps, poles and race wins with the Lancer.

Dave himself has been running the business for over 20 years specialising in performance cars and has gained vast knowledge and experience of all vehicles over the years. Henstead is now a fully established company on the east coast of England. It has now moved on from its humble beginnings in the barn to a 5,000 square foot fully equipped workshop and tuning facility.

Dave still enjoys competition and can be seen all over England in his bright yellow Evo3 and to date has had huge success and fun in the Evo.

Milltek Sport Tuner Grand Prix 2006 Drag Strip Winner Trophy

Milltek Sport Tuner Grand Prix 2006 - Drag strip overall winner.

"However above all these was the Evo III from Henstead Motorsport. Simply one of the best prepared Evo's we'd seen and wowed the crowds with a best time of 3.61 seconds to 60 mph and a ¼ mile of 12.010 seconds - truly impressive, each time it launched the chassis would twist and the front wheels lift off the ground, truly a great drag car."
